Creating a Case
Initially you would want to submit an Activity Report by clicking here, or on the link above.
By submitting an activity report it would greatly help us respond faster to your case.
We do accept call-in cases, and emails although a slower process.
Please allow us 2 to 4 business day's to respond to your call-in, or email reports. Our case load increases in the fall, and winter months due to the shorter days.
Next the case manager will review your report and email, or call to conduct an over the phone interview on your case.
The team will review your case, and if needed a walk-through will be scheduled of the location.
Most cases submitted are accepted, but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Floor PlansWalk Through
During the walk-through an audio session, and sometimes video session will be conducted at the location during the final interview process, pictures and a rough draft of the location to point out the hot spots of reported activity will be created. An investigation will be scheduled on a weekend the client is permitted to join the investigation but arrangements must be made for any other occupants, or staff to leave the location for up to 5 hours. The purpose of vacating the premises is to eliminate noise contamination. Sound is our enemy the equipment we use is very sensitive to noise below 30 Hz well below human hearing called EVPs Electronic Voice Phenomena our video equipment can see in complete darkness, and in the full light spectrum from Infrared to Ultraviolet. Thermo-laser Thermometers ambient and surface temperature data loggers will pickup any changes in the environment, and EM field detection will pickup fluctuations in the Electromagnetic field.
Hundreds of hours of data would need to be scrutinized then added to the reveal DVD. The case manager will schedule the best time to sit down with you, and or your family to go over the evidence captured during the investigation.
