Bad Camera Shutter Speed
long exposure, anything over 1/2 second exposure with movement people start to become transparent. If your using night scene on your camera stop unless you use a tripod. When you have something you do not understand happen with your digital camera look at the original photo as it came from the camera. Look at the EXIF file and it will tell you what camera settings were in place. You may find out why your camera malfunctions took place.
EXIF
(EXchangeable Image Format)
Extensions to image file formats that hold the camera settings used to take the picture. Developed in 1995 by JEIDA for JPEG images, EXIF data was added to TIFF, RAW and other formats later. Most digital cameras support EXIF and save the data in the file headers. However, when an image is edited, the EXIF data may be automatically removed by the software. An EXIF reader is a utility that is used to read, display and save EXIF data from a file.
This image is blurred because of the shutters' long exposure setting. The paranormal field is a joke and not attempting to understand WHY you had these long exposures is contributing to it. I will add if you had night scene on the camera it causes long exposure and a tripod must be used. I will also say look up your camera model and look for a review. Many cameras malfunction at night and aren't recommended.
